Day Drives

Day drives are informal events organized by members of this site. These drives take the group on fun back roads with stops for food and photos depending on the route. Routes for these drives will never be posted. To learn more about a scheduled drive you must be on the drives list. If you wish to join our day drive, sign up on the main page.

Current listing of overnight and epic drives

Our overnight and epic drives are a mix of sightseeing, driving, evening outings and everything in between. The drives are setup for anyone that is looking for a adventure and to make new friends. Any and all are welcome to attend and we look forward to meeting you on a adventure soon.

Three days to take a tour of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Lassen National Park. This trip also include a stop at a rail museum in Portola along with all the adventures of some great scenic back road driving. Space is limited in this one so first come first serve.

This event includes a great drive through the Tahoe region with a lunch stop at Mammoth Lake. Following lunch we will head to the devils post pile to hike some trails and see the devils rock pile. The second day will be a drive through Yosemite with stops for pictures and easy hikes. Out of the park we will stop at a steam train for kicks.

Our version of the famous 1000 Miglia race from Italy. In our version we make it a weekend event in October so that anyone can join. The weekend is broken up into roughly 250 miles per day with stops to take pictures, socialize after working your car through fun winding roads.
